Within two weeks we will provide pre-exhibition services for your enterprise for the better acquaintance of your potential partners & customers with your product.

Selection of enterprises & companies according to the profile of your activity is being provided.
Establishment of direct contacts with the heads of interested enterprises & companies for their better acquaintance with your goods and services and finding out kee crossing points in your future collaboration.
Special invitations to the Exhibition are offered to each potential partner we held negotiations with.

On the first exhibition day or a day before it our employee meets with you & presents a report on the fulfilled job. It reflects the whole information on clients, name and position of the person spoken with. A short description of the client's activity, his attitude towards the suggested cooperation with you, short summary of the negotiations & the primary intentions made by the client will also be provided.

   In accordance with our mutual agreement the report can be presented before your arrival at the exhibition. To fulfill the above mentioned services we need to get (by express mail) your prospects, catalogues, the descriptions of goods/services and the samples if possible. Any promotion items such as visiting cards, booklets, catalogues, price-lists etc. can be provided.

   When the exhibition is over, you need to continue started work with a new partner.

    After exhibition serveses which provide exact and on time coordination of work aspects and questions with new partners is possible in case if your enterprice is subscribed to our services and determined exact tasks and objectives.
