The Department undertakes to represent the interests of any cultural institution in the negotiations with other companies, banks etc. and for working out and carrying out investment programs.
 

    The Department provides the investment projects development for culture and art institutions and carries out long-term cultural programmes on its basis.

    In order to demonstrate the genres and trends in the different fields of culture and arts the Department takes part in holding exhibitions, seminars and concerts organization in Saint Petersburg. The painting, graphics, sculpture and other styles promotion is carried out by organizing special exhibitions.

For the representation of foreign institutions in Saint Petersburg the Department provides it with a specialist to run the activity in the interests of the Representative Office and to be fully responsible for it. The employee is to convey the necessary cultural programmes to the theatres, museums and other cultural institutions of St.Petersburg keeping close contacts with those who interested in the future cooperation with the Representative Office.
